What is STRONG Nation™ small group Coaching?
STRONG Nation™ Personal Coaching is a new small group class format pairing the STRONG Nation™ music and key moves from the usual Quadrants, expanded into a series of repetitive, sprint-like routines for an effective, high-intensity workout.
Who is it for?
This format is a great option for anyone looking to get or stay in shape, but who is not yet ready to step back into a full fitness room. It’s also for those looking to get a more one-on-one, personalized experience. It’s an effective high-intensity workout with a personal coach that will hold you accountable, all from the socially-distanced safety of a small group. No equipment needed.
